Can we emulate Dr Yunus's Grameen Bank for Pakistan?

I have just been wondering over the good work done by Dr Yunus in Bangladesh, and I wonder if Pakistan can also stand to benefit from this scheme of things.. The levels of poverty here in Pakistan are just the same or worse. We really need this for our nation too. But I wonder how would this happen. I invite readers to comment and put up ideas. How can we create a microcredit scheme for the poorest of Pakistanis?
